Payment information
Payments are processed entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our payment processor and Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Paddle's own Privacy Policy (available at paddle.com/legal/privacy) governs how they handle your payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate your account and send you magic link login emails
- Generate GEO analysis reports
- Enforce free-tier usage limits and prevent abuse
- Communicate with you about your account or subscription
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Data Processing
To operate the Service, we share data with the following third-party processors:
- Anthropic— the content of URLs you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-based GEO analysis. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
- Supabase— used for account authentication and database storage of your account and report data.
- Jina AI— used to fetch and extract readable content from the URLs you submit for analysis.
- Paddle— used for payment processing, invoicing, and subscription management. Paddle acts as an independent controller of buyer payment data.
- Vercel— used for website hosting.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and analysis reports for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 8).
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session persistence) and free-tier device tracking to prevent abuse of free analyses. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law (such as the GDPR for EU/UK residents, or the CCPA for California residents), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to object to certain processing. We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled databases, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
